Monthly Sign Up

With Monthly Sign-ups you can schedule from at least 1 month in advance to as many as you would like! All monthly sign-ups must include at least 2 sessions per week.

Weekly Sign Up

Weekly Sign-Ups allow you to lock in your session/sessions for the week.

*For both Monthly and Weekly Sign Ups you must sign up on the Saturday prior to the upcoming business week of your intended session/sessions.

*All Payments are to be made at the time of sign up.

*If cash, payments are to be made on the day of the first workout before the session begins.



Monday- 11- 6:30

Tuesday- 11- 6:45

Wednesday- 11- 6:45

Thursday- 11- 6:45

Friday- 12- 9:45

Saturday & Sunday- N/A
